A child may choose not to disobey their parents by giving in to the parents’ demand. The child may end up pursuing that career but may not find joy and fulfillment in it. This could lead to waste of time and resources for the child and the parents. Because if there is ever a day when we make a mistake or are disappointed with the decision we made by ourselves while paying attention to their advice. Of course, we are not the only people who are disappointed.
