I think exercise is good for our bodies and minds. When we exercise, our muscles get stronger, and our hearts stay healthy. It also makes us feel happy by releasing chemicals in our brains that make us feel good.

We should exercise because working out helps our body healthy. If I eat fast food or oil food that didn't work, I will feel guilty for myself. I think working out is also good for mental health. After I run or play badminton I will have a good night and feel refreshed in the morning.

For me, I work out to lose weight. I want to be what I used to be. I also work out to make myself healthy. After I work out, I can sleep very well.

Exercise has many benefits. Exercise helps you relax your body and also helps prevent many diseases easily. We must exercise to keep our bodies in balance.

I think exercise helps us reduce stress and keeps our bodies healthier. When we exercise, it releases endorphins that help reduce stress and make us feel happier.

I think a workout is good for our bodies because it provides you with many benefits. So, you should workout for make your body strong and have the protection. I suggest you workout by play yoga, it will help you have a meditate with everything that you do.
