How many glasses of bubble tea do you drink in a day?

I set myself a limit not to drink 1 glass of bubble tea per day. I ever drink 3 glasses of bubble tea in one day. That was crazy. I heard that drinking or eating too much sugar causes fast aging. That is the reason why I have to set the limit.

For me, I drink just 1 glass per day, but I only drink bubble tea when the weather is so hot. On regular days, I drink a bottle of water. I ever drink 2 glasses per day and then I feel, I have to lose weight.

I only drink 1 cup of bubble tea a day because it's very sugary and I know I shouldn't drink bubble tea every day so I try to avoid it. I drank a fruit smoothie instead. It had the same sweetness.
